Country list and Delivery costs

Goods dispatched within the European Union are delivered within 3-5 working-days as from date of dispatch. For all shipments to Non-Member States, goods are delivered within 7-8 working-days as from date of dispatch. Goods are dispatched from Monday to Friday. Deliveries of goods may come by express courier or by post. For international deliveries, the courier will attempt one (1) time. Should the Purchaser/Customer not be available for withdrawal of the goods, then the courier shall proceed to take them to the nearest depot. The Purchaser/Customer shall be required to withdraw the pack. Should the goods not be withdrawn from the depot within 7 days by the Purchaser, they will be returned to the Vendor. It is therefore recommended to provide an address to ensure that the goods be withdrawn.

The Customer is therefore required to check the goods on delivery, ensuring that the packaging/ packing has been neither damaged nor spoiled, and is in no way wet or ruined. Should the packaging/ packing reveal any damage, the Customer is required to inform the Vendor immediately by noting the damage on the delivery-note when withdrawing the goods, as well as notifying the Vendor via registered letter with return receipt or registered email.
